Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations
The colours used in the main menu, when in the focus state, do not meet minimum colour contrast.
This fails WCAG 2.1 success criterion 1.4.3 (Contrast (Minimum)).
What we’re doing to improve accessibility
We are working with contractors to ensure selection of accessible colour combinations in the main menu is available in the next iteration of this platform. A fix is expected to be in place by summer 2023.
